Why is a red light flashing in my wireless Logitech Mouse?
A red light is flashing in my Logitech wireless mouse. Why?
is the light on the top of the mouse behind the scroll wheel ?That would be your battery very low indicator.. in the bottom that could just be your optical light doing its thing..

Logitech Wireless mouse receiver work with xbox 360 controller?
I have a 2.4 GHz Logitech Laptop Wireless mouse with receiver, do you think it can work with an xbox 360 controller to use it for my pc? If it does, how do I set it up so it can recognize it?
no they usually require a driver that does not work with all hardware except what is proprietory for it.

Can I somehow force a Logitech wireless mouse to work with a Belkin reciever?
I got a Logitech mouse that is dead no matter what batteries I put in, but the reciever lights up. I have a spare Belkin mouse around with no receiver. Is there a way to force these to match up somehow?
Yes and no. Are the RF, IR, or bluetooth? If they are bluetooth (BOTH) then yes. If any of the other kind, then ONLY if you are willing to write or find custom drivers. So the short answer is NO based on the little info I have. Although they are the same technology. Wireless and input components, they may be on differing frequencies. You have two hurdles to clear. 1)The FM/RF/IR frequency used for the mouse and for the transceiver 2)The interpretor layer of the software drivers. Remember the belkin wireless drivers will be looking for 0x80C002A whereas the Logitech dongle is mounting itself on a different resource of 0x8C0112F therefore they won't be seeing one another as a component of the input device instance you are trying to create. The dongle will be saying "waiting for 0x8C0112F based mouse" and the mouse will be saying "waiting for 0x80C002A dongle" and the twain will never talk. You can simply CHANGE THIS ADDRESS in the driver itself but you need some serious programming skills to not only perform this task but to also reverse engineer their source code. Not a small undertaking. The good news is that the SPECS are public info you can get from both manufacturers. What a lot of experienced people do is get the specs and write their own custom drivers and post them BUT this is only done for graphics cards. (see TNT drivers.) for this instance and practical answers it's NO.
